You can order with confidence! When you make a purchase directly from Qunol, it comes at no risk to you. If your Qunol product doesn’t provide you with the results you are looking for, you can return the product to us and get your money back — excluding shipping and handling.

If you purchased your Qunol product from a retailer, you will need to return it to that retailer for your refund and comply with that retailer’s returns policies. We do not accept returns of products purchased from retailers.

Every formulation we create is covered by this hassle-free guarantee. It contains no fine print or misleading terms. Simply stated: If you don’t love it, we will refund your money.

And returning your product is easy. For return instructions and an authorization number, please contact our toll-free Customer Service Hotline at 877-290-2621 or email [email protected]. Please return the unused portion within 30 days of receiving the product. A complete refund (excluding shipping and handling) will promptly be issued once we receive the unused portion of the product plus packaging and a proof of purchase.
